Hi! How do i prevent a line appearing on the outer wall where the arachne function transitions? I’ve tried classic wall generator, but the result gets worse.
Use the preview’s bottom slider on that layer to walk the path the extruder takes, it’s likely turning around and a second line is coming in to butt up against it.
Technically a super dialed in pressure advance [at inner wall speed/accel] would minimize the effect, but it’s going to be quite hard to get rid of. Extrusions are rounded.
You might also experiment with a smaller wall width and/or seriously crank down the arachne % parameters, to try to make it think there’s enough room for another wall. Small extrusions might make other troubles elsewhere, would review it.
