So, I have had my Mini for about 2 weeks. A friend gave me a spool of generic Elegoo PLA while I waited for my Bambu spools of Matte PLA to arrive. I used the settings for a generic PLA for that Elegoo. Had virtually zero problems until the very end of that roll. Most jobs started not completely adhering to the middle of the plate, so I started them at the back of the plate, and that seemed to ease the failure rate a bit.
I used up that roll, then inserted the new Bambu PLA Matte roll, using the settings for a 0.4 nozzle and the factory settings for that material. I also washed the plate, using a dab of dish detergent, and a soft synthetic sponge, and warm water, to completely wash the plate.
Since then, every single job has failed, with none of the PLA sticking to to the plate. It blobs up around the nozzle. No, that is not true. The strip that is laid down by the printer at the very front of the plate on every job started is working. But immediately, the actual job blobs up, and NONE sticks to the plate.
I have unloaded and loaded this new spool twice. I have re-calibrated the printer twice.
What am I doing wrong?
