I am getting artifacts on parts of a print that I am making. It seems to be intermittent and not sure if it is due to vibration occurring. It appears to be worse one side of the object vs the other. Similar effects happen on H2S and P1S although P1S seems to be the best for this not happening.
It seems the overhangs are not possible for the layer hight.You could try adaptive layer hight for better results.

I have tried printing at 0.2mm and 0.3mm with the same issue. Do you think it might be vibration that is causing the issue?
The problem is obviously overhang angle.
The reason it happens on one side verses the other is the fan is blowing on one side.
There are lots of solutions. I am sure you can find suggestions on Youtube how to address.
For this particular case you might leave the door open and use an exterior fan to blow in cooling it only for the part that is a problem. Obviously this does not work for complex models with overhangs higher. Or printing a lot of the parts.
The specific overhang is affected by room temperature, humidity, filament, and print settings. Then how bad is acceptable, is very much an opinion. With these factors is why “default” profiles are just a starting point.

No part cooling fan. But there is room currents that do apply.
you don’t want to cool too much to encourage it to detach from the bed.
Thanks for the suggestions. Having the door open is a good idea and I am trying it on my P1S and H2S.
