This is the 3rd object I print on the h2C, and already giving me this side artifacts. The very first object I printed was the box for the tools, from Makerworld. Flawless…
Now it’s giving me this. Please check the photos.

Im just kidding. What size nozzle are you using? Are you using the same filament as for the box? What type of filament? Is it dry? Do you have random seams turned on?
Those photos are a bit low quality, hard to see what going on there. Could be a problem with moisture and/or pressure advance. Try turning on “Flow dynamics calibration” from “auto” to “on” when you send the job.
Do you have a video of the print on USB stick? Would be great to see what going on, would help diagnose it.

It’s a generic PLA filament (Sunlu, I guess). Right out of the box.
Random seams, yes.
I don’t have a video, sorry 
If you see, even the text and the top brim are not fantastic.
Printing fine initially and then getting zits all over the surface could be filament moisture as the filament picks up water.
Looks like random seams and maybe bad pressure advance YMMV.
Random seams are known for causing surface zits, at least from what I’ve seen. And PLA really shouldn’t need random seams in the first place.
I had the same problem on P1S when setting (quality\advanced\order of walls) to outer - inner.
