AsA layer adhesion and inconsistency

I have been trying to figure out asa on my x1c in the last week and its giving me a headache.

I am using my x1c with a smooth pei plate.
-chamber temp is 57C
-heatbed 110C
-0.4 obxidian nozzle at 265C
-esun asa+ filament dried at 80C
-calibrated for flow

First i had layer adhesion issues. So i turned all the fans off. And made the layers and lines a bit thicker. Then i had parts of the print turning gloopy because without the cooling the the layer speed was to fast and so the plastic had to little time to cool. The layers was rock solid though and the part was super strong.

So then for today i slowed down the printing and tried a bigger print and now it seems like my flow is too low and i see gaps between the lines on top surfaces. Layer adhesion was a bit worse again on the body of the print.

I feel a bit bummed out. Each time i change something or try a different shaped part something else seems to get out of wack.

And does turning of the parts cooling fan lower flow rate?

The part looks perfectly fine. There was no warping. It just under extruded all of the suddenly.

Most of the stuff i changed was also outside the filament settings so it confuses me why the flow is to low now.

Anyone got any suggestions to get this stuff tuned?
