since a couple of weeks, I am trying to print some engraving in my P1S with Bambu ASA. I am sharing with you in the pictures all my settings. I am using the default Bambulab ASA profile for the material.
I had 4 succesful printings in a row, and now suddenly my last 2 printings has failed (using exactly the same settings). In the last 2 failed prints, I had a clogged nozzle. This material making me have nighmares.
Can anyone help me?

Hello! How long did you dry the ASA filament for, and what temperature was used for drying the filament?
I did drying at 65 degress for 6 hours. I did it several times but it did not do any difference. In the dryer I have it shows a humidity of 15%
For ASA Bambu recommends to dry at 75-85C for a minimum of 8 hours on a dedicated dryer. If you’re using the X1C to dry, you need to dry it at 90-100C for a minimum of 12 hours.
I’m not saying this is your issue, but it’s a good starting point. I don’t print ASA until I dry it for 12 hours at 70C on a dedicated dryer.
Have you tried printing this in PLA?
