I would like to request that there is an option to have the printer automatically calibrate any filament used in a print and save the results automatically to the settings, the user could tag the filament as a replacement or new on systems that do not track how much filament is left such as the AMS lite, triggering a new automatic calibration.
This could be on a countdown that automatically recalibrates if the filament has been in there unused for a period of time appropriate for each filament type and how hygroscopic they are (how much water they absorb) examples:
Filament = Bambu PLA if it has been less than 3 days and the same filament is used no new calibration is run, after 3 days a new calibration is run that automatically replaces the old one.
Filament = Bambu PETG if it has been more less than 1 day since last calibration no new calibration is run, if over 1 day since last calibration a new calibration is run, saved and overwrites the old one.
