Hi all,
I am encountering a problem with the automatic calibrations on the X1 Carbon printer. When I start the calibration process, everything up until the extruder calibration works normally. But then the printer only extrudes. The print head only stays at the starting position, and extrudes, as if it is moving around. I can see that the extrusion follows the pattern that it should be printing, but the head never moves to the build plate to start printing.
Does any one have a similar problem, or is this a known issue?
