Auto Calibration prints fine, manual calibration fails

I get the same problem with Orca Slicer as with Bambu Studio, even reverted to default settings.

I made a post in the orca slicer forums, no response.
I have found later that the “non print line” I mention in the “fail video” below that goes the second time actually prints ONTOP of the two first inital lines, before it moves to the center and attempts to print…why I have no idea.

This problem happened from one day to the next and i suddenly was not able to print with my X1c and 0.2 nozzle.

So i decided to try to CALIBRATE the filament, just to check if that was the issue. So I managed to run AUTO-calibrations of Dynamic and flow rate perfectly fine.

AUTO
0.042 kfaktor dynamic pressure
Flow rate calibrated auto: 0.899
White PETG
Perfectly dry, and proven to work very well with my printer both with 0.2 nozzles and 0.4 nozzles.
Currently on 0.2 nozzles.
Brand new nozzle, no clog, perfect coldpulls, perfect flow out of the nozzle.
70 deg bed temp, Bambu Supertack bed, cleaned, no fingermarks,

So the problem I experience happens with printing objects as well.

Problem remains for orca and studio, default settings

AUTO CALIBRATION PRINTS FINE, manual calibration fails just like prints.

MANUAL CALIBRATIONS, and normal prints fails, no idea why!

EDIT: The auto calibration works only on ORCA SLICER, if I try do it on Bambu Studio, it just keeps flushing filament indefinitely. not starting the actual calibration… If I try to abort the calibration the printer hangs on temperature buildplate and refuse to abort the calibration test. This does not happen in Orca.

I tried both PETG and PLA, mostly with the Supertack buildplate, and only thing that works is Orca on auto calibration. Manual for any fails.

Help?

So i managed to find the solution.
For Supertack it is extremely important that the buildplate detection is turned on.
Otherwise the problem occurs.
It has nothing to do with adhesion, filament or temperature in any way.

Documented on my channel.
