Avoiding layer squish

I have been battling a shrinkage issue where a thin 4mm wall meets an overhang. It is due to cooling because of supports, interfaces and long bridge. I resolved one issue where there are splits in the outside wall where I have notches, which has caused layer lines, by slowing that section down.

I tried inner/outer, outer/inner settings, Arachne, slowing down the layers where the notches start and end, but am still not able to get a clean intersection where the thin side wall meets the over head front wall. After that it prints fine. It’s not so bad where the wall is 20mm wide and curved, but there is still some shifting there too.

Now its not just THIS particular part, but nearly every thing that has dissimilar support materials, PLA on PETG, PETG on PLA. It is definitely due to the prints slowing down for the interface because every print does it regardless of what is printing.

SO, how can I fix it?
