Hi all. My 2nd X1C started having issues at about 6000 hours…“ressonant freq” errors for the belt tensioner. Kept adjusting the belts, but it never “took” and kept throwing errors. I ordered replacement idler pullys. Successfully replace the top one, then I started on the bottom one (the right side when looking at it from the back)…found the cause. The housing area for the motor and where the threadded inserts are had broken and there were plastic shards in there. Took a bit to get the pully out. I didn’t see the replacement part on line that looks like it holds the motor and the belt tensioner assembly. I had to pry the inserts out to get the idler assembly out. https://imgur.com/a/x1c-goner-T9wUrMU
Bambu Support: Can I buy this B Motor mount part and does this also hold the belt tensioner assembly? Live chat is only the chatbot.
