Hi,
I was printing an ASA part and it was going fine until there was an electricity outage (Unrelated to printer). The printer came back on and I hit resume, but at the end of the print I realised that the layers didn’t bond properly where it stopped. So I started a reprint and this time my ASA spool ran out mid-print. I changed the spool and again the layers didn’t bond well. So I started again.
Im wondering if there’s anything I can do about this? I want to print some larger parts in ASA in the future but now Im a bit worried about layer adhesion if the round-trip time for layers is increasing. Strangely, the prime tower didn’t seem to have the same problem at the pause line.
Thanks.
