Bad prints after changing to 0.6 nozzle

The fan is working and I bought it as a complete unit, fan included.

Here is a temp tower but I fail to understand it

Temperature doesn’t appear to be an issue and neither does cooling. The biggest issue I see in the tower is the top surface quality looks over extruded. You can see that the nozzle is almost pushing through molten filament, which indicates its putting out more than is necessary.

Add a cube, shorten it down so you don’t have to print much, and use it to test. I suggest trying to lower the flow ratio in the filament settings to see if it starts improving surface quality. I’d imagine this will also improve the poor internal bridging you are seeing on the infill in the earlier pictures you shared.

Forgot to mention that once it starts looking better, go back through the Flow Dynamics calibration. Should hopefully provide better results you can use.

Thank you buddy :slightly_smiling_face:

will try that now

Did you ever get it working well?

I am wondering too. I have an P1S that I purchased 3 weeks ago and a complete 0.6mm hotend for bigger parts and when I use it, horrible results. Using the built in calibration, selected hot end in Bambu Studio, then on the printer page, selected 0.6 hardened hot end in printer settings. So both set right. Fans running and such. But it appears over extruding for me and not getting anywhere with it.
