Does anybody have an idea why my PS2 suddenly has bad print quality for surfaces (see pictures below)? I already printed this part a while ago, and it came out perfect (same file, same settings, same Bambulab Matt PLA filament).
I dried the fillament. I replaced the nozzle with a new one. I checked the extruder. The chamber temp is ca 32C. I use 0.20mm high quality standard settings. I recalibrated the machine. I tried with a custom K value (determined via the dyn flow callibration).
Same issue on both my P2Ss… End of january I’ve printed a few times a model that printed out perfect (ironing 10/10)… Yesterday I wanted to print the same model, with the exact same file… result is horrendous compared to january… Tried everything you’ve also tried, without luck. I’ve downgraded the slicer and am redoing a test…
Let me know how it goes. I kept experimenting (lubed rods and greased the elevator thingy, recalibrated, upgraded firmware, experimented with various filaments). For some reason the results are better now, but not as great as they used to be. It still looks like there is some overextrusion.
