Badl wall close to supports

Printer: Bambu Lab P1S (2,000+ hours printed) Filament: Sunlu PETG (dried)

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a strange issue with holes appearing on the walls close to the supports. I’ve already checked, and this is definitely not the Z-seam.

I ran a filament calibration after noticing this. My Flow Ratio went from 0.95 to 0.99, and my K-Factor changed from 0.02 to 0.025*. Is this a significant enough difference to cause these issues, or am I overthinking it?

What can I do differently here? Are there any additional settings I should tweak or other calibrations I should run? I’ve clocked over 2,000 hours on my P1S, and this is the first time I’ve had to reach out to the community with an issue! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I see too much flow on one side of the holes and too little on the other, so incorrect pressure advance is at least part of the problem. Turn on Develop mode in Preferences, then use the manual calibrations on the top line to retest the filament with a different method.
