My 3D printer prints without supports without any problems, but when printing with supports, the support nozzle hits the plate and comes off. I am using the Bambu Lab A1 with its default settings. What should I do? Can you help me?
Change the support type to normal auto , small tree supports have a problem sticking to the plate when they appear to be in a solo postion, rather than clumped together
Worst case if your PEI plate is losing stiction, try Bambu’s liquid glue. It lets me do really complex multicolor prints on a worn out (otherwise) PEI plate.
thanks your comment. I did what you said, I reset the machine to factory settings, but I couldn’t find a solution.
Frankly, I don’t have any problems with sticking to the tray. The quality of the products I press without support is quite good, and they stick perfectly. Still, I’ll try what you said. Thank you for your comment.
