I am a retired design Engineer who is an expert in CAD/3D design and machine design. I purchased the X1-Carbon with AMS, have had the machine for 3 months and have over 400 hours of printing. I will say that this machine always amazes me what the results. From Day one the machine works flawlessly. The software and the machine are engineered well. The help on the Community Forum is excellent. I have truly enjoyed the experience.
I plan to a lot with this tool.
Thanks for a great experience.
For new user experience, I think Bambu is hard to beat. I didn’t pony up for the X1, went with P1S Combo as I was totally unsure about 3D printing. It’s been an extremely pleasant experience from unboxing on, and it was like watching magic happen in front of my eyes initially
New here as well. I decided to jump in for the X1C with AMS. Only about 10 prints so far from some spiral toys to a box and a few little things. So far its fun. So much to learn though.
Unfortunately buying the X1C AMS combo made me go off and buy more stuff like tools, spools, more filament, etc.
