Bambu A1 Strange noise when trying to extrude

hi all,

I have a A1, after 10 times 3hours printings this morning the machine started to make a strange noise even when idle and would not take filament. Then it gave the attached error code. Then when I checked it, I saw that the extruder motor could not pull filament and it was strangely forced. I checked the hot end and impellers, no blockage etc. the problem is extruder motor itself even its naked it has weird noise and not rotating just like vibrating.

i have checked

  • ams lite connections,
    -extruder cables,
  • usb c cables and all cables :slight_smile:
  • removed all gears, changed hot end nut naked motor still has problem

if you have checked the USB C cables and it is good, it is best to replace the motor itself with the X axis, connect it or the motor control board itself is damaged

replace the motors with the X axis and give the extruder with the X axis

by changing motors or the cables in mainboard? i dont want to dig so hard , i have a warranty but if it is an easy way, i will try.

it seems extruder motor failed. Bambu will send another motor. thanks
