My AMS buffer stoped feeding properly. I already disassembled the entire thing, cleaned it, changed the PTFE tubes, but it won’t feed, no matter the buffer connector I use. Any tips?
How was it you determined the buffer was at fault. What is happening?
Can you get filament through the buffer manually?
You could also connect the AMS to the other buffer, reconfigure it and see if that makes a difference.
The AMS starts sending the filament, but at the end of the buffer it won’t go trough. Sometimes it even passes the buffer, but it doesn’t feed the extruder. I disassembled the entire hot end also, to check for clogs, but looks entirely fine.
Manually yes. What other buffer? I just have one AMS hub buffer.
The buffer comes with the P & X series printers and lets you connect one AMS.
The hub is an additional purchase and is used to let up to four AMS or AMS 2 Pros (plus an AMS HT) connect.

Out of curiosity, if the filament doesn’t reach the hotend, why take it apart?
The filament sensor would be the only thing in the hotend assembly that would cause this behavior. If the filament it’s making it to the hotend then it’s not the hotend.
Check the PTFE tubes for wear. Also check that the brends aren’t too tight. If so they will cause drag on the filament and cause the motor to thing there’s a jam/issue and pull back to the ams.
