New app update this morning on iOS…bringing some minor improvements, but it seems it will not retain your login credentials when you close the app.
So every time I open it I have to log in again which is frustrating. Just wondered if others experiencing he same and if there’s a workaround. If not, I guess we will just have to wait for a fix.
Yes, I’m having the same problem after updating my Android app. Very irritating!
Only work around for the moment is to login and then leave the app running. So, just don’t force close it. This way I seem to not have been logged out for a good while now.
Any solution to this? It started happening to me and it’s an absolutely horrible user experience. I spend more time logging in than I do working on my prints, ridiculous. Login, crashes, login, work for a few minutes, crashes, login, work some more, crashes, login, work a bit more, and finally I can print!
Problem stopped for me after the next iOS app update (I think)…. That said, it does occasionally fail to load past the splash screen and I have to force close and try again…. it always seems to work fine on second attempt though.
