My first box of black acrylic etched super nicely with all power levels the texture is flat and has a nice matte finish..
i bought more and now the results are totally different… 40% power is dark where it was light on the other batch and the texture is rough like sand.
Has anyone else noticed this. Hoping I can get the original type back

It’s not filament. Is there an acrylic or laser cutting category?
Anyway, I got out another box and it is light night and day difference… this box is like the original box I had. So theres definitely a difference between batches FYI.

A lot of their materials for laser engraving/cutting differs between batches.
But it shouldn’t make that big differense in the process.
You are using 10W laser right?
