Bambu bug on locked zag infill?

So I love use modifiers to make a print stronger only where it needs it. When the locked zag infill pattern came out I thought it couldn’t any better, but even with multiple Studio updates since it’s release I still see what I would call a pretty glaring bug popping up. When using locked zag for the sparse infill pattern on my part and for my modifier cubes, the software fails to rotate the extruder path to perpendicular to the previous path when transition between the last infill layer and the solid infill layer above it. Picture below shows the extruder path for layer 10 for sparse infill and extruder path is up to the right so layer 11 should be up to the left (perpendicular to this layer).

However, when layer 11 prints which is the first solid layer for creating the top shell, it prints up to the right again which results in every 3rd pass or so (depends on the infill percent used on previous layer) not being supported by the layer below it and instead just floating in the air.

Am I just missing a setting, or is this a real bug that needs fixing?
