Bambu Handy version 3.4.2 loses communication with the printer preventing getting updates on print job status. I have to close the app and restart to check the printer status.

How far away is your device from the printer? This could also be because you micro SD card is full
Micro SD is not over 25% full. It started with the last update to the Handy app.
Not just yours, my H2D is constantly dropping.I have to restart the app to connect. Started at the last update.

same with my P1S. I switch to a 2nd printer and then back and then it connects.

This happens every time my Macbook goes to sleep mode - Bambu Studio shuts down/crashes and has to be reatarted
It’s a little annoying.
Today I figured out I can select ‘Models’, then select ‘Devices’ and it will reconnect. It is still very annoying because it never did this until the last update.
My Handy app updated today. It is working fine now.

There are times when I open it, I just have the white Bambu splash screen and nothing else. Have to close and reopen, then its fine. Still a little buggy, it will try to connect, then time out saying its offline, then refresh again and it works.
Would be nice if the video screen could expand to take a closer look in case something isn’t quite right.
