Make two orders. As long as each has 10 or more rolls, one would get the maximum discount. Obviously one of the orders should be >= $150 so the $20 coupon can be used.
The discount that I got today for Maker’s Supply stuff isn’t bad at all.
I would put in an order for at least 10 rolls of filaments when most of the TPU for AMS are available on the 19th.

True, but I already have 60 kg of filaments at home. And I only print for personal use. Don’t sell or print for others in any significant amounts. The ones that are available in the store today are filaments I want extras of, as spares. What I really need is Silk PLA+ and they have the following status:
I want 10+ kg of Silk PLA+ and then 5-7 kg of other PLA as spares.
Maybe I should use the link in the screen shot “Can’t find your color? Suggest one here” in order to suggest them to stock ANY color? 
I wound up buying 10 rolls of filament to get the biggest discount, but it was like playing Whack a Mole trying to find any in stock. I was also wanting some petg basic, but it showed out of stock right off the bat. Not too impressed with the sale myself.

The campaign has been annually recurring, so it is not like they were surprised by it. If they don’t stock up for it, the appearance of a campaign seem far more important than the actual campaign.
Each time I buy a non-Bambu filament and tune in print settings that is one step closer to continue to buy other brand filaments. They are already tuned in and work well.
To their credit, I am glad to see that Bambu has stocked up on other filaments of theirs. Based on last 6 months I really didn’t think they would manage.
The sale runs until July 15. As long as you order them soon after they are in stock, you should be good. Regardless, one should always have a backup plan and not entirely depend on a single source for filaments.
Several colors of TPU for AMS that I was waiting for are now in stock ahead of the estimated date of the19th.
Of course not, but when you are working on specific projects or want to have back-up to existing filaments then you kinda want the same stuff for colour consistency etc.
I do use other brands though, but colours and shine are different so they are used for their own projects.
I did place a first order for 11 kg, some TPU and the rest spares for Basic and Matte PLA. All that I’m missing now are Silk PLA+ and if Bambu doesn’t deliver I will of course order elsewhere.

150€ on an h2c combo that’s basically free shipping and full price. I don’t comment on 10€ discounts

Bambu isn’t serious, they don’t really care about the customers.
Three of the PLA Silk filaments I’m waiting for had ETA for today. One is available now and the other two got pushed another two weeks. Probably the same with other colours I didn’t look at.
Anything they want to sell now must be in transit from China already. You don’t wake up today and say “oh, wow these items that were supposed to be here today will be delayed another two weeks”. They should already know this, it can’t be a surprise today. What a joke 
Was looking at the pla Tough material. Was going to wait till the ‘flash’ sale as it is claimed to be 35% off… $15.85 a roll…. Went on and put a half dozen rolls of refills in my cart. Heck, current price at 25% off is 16.79. The math ain’t mathing…. the MSRP of the ‘sale’ is $3 a roll higher than current price. Damn Chinese sales that aren’t real sales.
They gotta make it so old subscribers of the email newsletter get entered into things if they click a button or enter their email, I never got entered into a raffle or anything… I get it is for new people to sign up, but eventually they’re gonna run out…
