Bambu Lab A1 error with code 0300-1B00-0001-0003

Hello!

When printing on a Bambu Lab A1 printer, a critical error occurs with the code 0300-1B00-0001-0003.

The screen displays: “The acceleration sensor of the heating table has detected an unexpected continuous force. The sensor may be stuck or the analog frontend may be faulty.”

Important: this error appears constantly, and after it, when you try to start printing (by pressing the “Print” button), an additional error with code [07FF-8007] [221937] and the text “Invalid error code. The filament has been extruded, please continue.” However, the filament is being fed normally, there is no blockage, and the filament end sensor has not been triggered.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

Hello Flower901,

For the first error code, go here and perform this maintenance task:

Get back to us once the first code has been fixed, and we’ll continue from there.

We have checked the heating table sensor according to the instructions. No visual damage, breaks, or defects were found. The sensor is intact, and the connectors and cable are in good condition.

We have inspected everything based on the first error code (HMS_0300-1B00-0001-0001). Please let us know what to do next, and we will proceed to the next step.

Perhaps you have a failed sensor? Try unplugging it and see if the same code remains.

I’d order a replacement just in case.
