I have seen many posts on this and i am so frustrated with the software crashing. i have tired making changes and it still crashes. i have turned off the threaded optimization, reduced the CPU, deleted the bambu Lab appadata. i am not that computer savvy and am now stuck and very frustrated. I have an X1C and H2D. the same happens to both.

Bambu Lab is the company, I assume you mean Bambu Studio. You need to provide some more info, we can’t guess and help. How and when does it crash? Right on startup? When loading a file? When slicing?

Slicing a particular project, or anything at all?
Which version of Studio are you running? (Use the Help → About menu choice if you’re not sure.)
Assuming Windows since you mention “appdata.”
Could you upload an example here of a project which causes a crash?
