see image. red arrows - shows a gap in the intersection of top arms of the “W”, and the “Y”. when i print this, i see a small blue gap (from initial layers of blue filament) through the white, the white does not print in that area. I have tried multiple settings, just can’t seem to et it filled. if i change layer type to ARACHNE, it does improve.

Have you actually tried printing it? The preview is one thing, but if it’s pushing some additional flow at that corner it could be sufficient to flow into the gap and close it entirely.
I agree with @CarbonForge, test it before you get concerned.
Previews are not reality, just a close approximation, the optical presentation once printed often benefit from the occasional confusing presentation.
You could just print that layer, by moving the whole down below the build plate in the prepare tab.

re: printing it, yes, that is what i was referring to, with the dark spots, in my original post, sorry i was not clearer. and the dark spots show up exactly where the arrows are. those corners don’t get filled in. the actual print matches the preveiw very well.
the hole is created by the white print. the blue prints solid, and then the white, as it prints the layers, leaves that gap, through all the layers. i’ve tried different fill types (rectiliniar, mono, etc), i just can’t et it to fill in on the preview.
as i indicated, if i select the ARCHANE as a choice, it does look (on preview) that it fills more completely, and i can print that out to test, but i was inquiring to see if anybody knew how to make it fill, in hte settings

Can you share a photo of the whole thing and a zoomed in version of the printed part?
My opinion , the nozzle is just having a hard time reaching such a small area, you can try rotating the model on the build plate and get some of it better but that may cause problems else where, I think you could go to a .2 nozzle and get it pretty easy. or you could try increasing the font size slightly. Ironing might get it also.
You could also change the fill pattern for that layer - a different direction of approach may fill that area better. It may also be worse in other areas, though.

all comments appreciated. i don’t mind experimenting, and now it has become a matter if principle to see if i can get this to work (as i do other small label signs also, and getting solution to this can help with them).
i have tried ironing in the BAMBU STUDIO, but still looks like gaps. but i can try print real time.
also, i can crop all but this area, with negative blocks,and test print it, see what happens.
