Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

I placed my order on 11/16 and you still have not fulfilled my order, for the 2 things my son wanted for Christmas, the enclosure and maker kit.

I clicked the UPS tracking # for my order and it shows my shipment has been CANCELED, today… I called UPS, THEY said YOU canceled my shipment and they NEVER received, or were in possession, of my package.

however, on YOUR site when I look at my order status, YOU are saying the package was in transit and UPS could not deliver my order.

I believe UPS 100% over you… I don’t know what kind of scam you are trying to pull, but I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and provided them plenty of supporting documentation.

Your $10- “compensation” is a JOKE and does not even come close to making anything okay. You solely have ruined Christmas because it is now Christmas Eve and there is no way for me to get something else for my son.
