Can you give a Canadian Warehouse update? Ordered an A1 on Dec 2nd and not even a shipping label created yet.
Canada Report (Toronto customer):
Ordered P1S Combo on Black Friday, got a shipping label printed a day later. No updates at all from then on… until today! Suddenly my package has been picked up by UPS (Caledon, ON), it’s “On the way” (Concord, ON), and “Out for Delivery” – due to arrive this afternoon. We’ll see if UPS can make it through the snow. Glad Bambu lived up to the Dec 20 promise.
There is still no update for me (Manitoba, ordered Dec 6), but I did receive the filaments and mystery box though

Seems the A1 is delayed still for Canada. Even on Reddit the P/X1 is getting movement but I haven’t seen any A1 movement for Canada.
My A1 order from Nov24 still sitting at pending.

after an hour of waiting in the live chat, the lady said hello and then the sentence that I can contact them again and the queue of 96 people jumped again…unreal, no one responds to the ticket…in the last 3 months I spent 6K euros at Bambula
My last 2 shipments have had less than ideal shipping times, but both has resolved since then. While delays with shipping can be disappointing, I do not have any doubt Bambu is trying to be the good guy as best as they can. Prices are always reasonable, very little gotchas. Of course with anything good, increased demand is usually the down side that starts to effect the customer experience.
Ordered on 26th and still no update. Just creating label doesn’t mean its shipped. Im very disappointed at current issue as my clients are getting mad on delays too. You guys were very bad at communicating on this.
anyway, got my stuff a little late, got the $30 code. I am happy
Ordered tuesday, shipped thursday. All in singel package, or that is what i assume since its 10kg according to dpd.
Interesting that my order placed on the 8th does not even have a tracking number yet, how are they supposed to ship it by end of day when it has not even been processes yet.
My P1P Enclosure Kit was split into two shipments. One shipment contained the front glass door.
The other shipment contained… party supplies. Seriously. Gaming-themed plates, napkins, tablecloths, and cutlery for a kid’s birthday party.
Tickets aren’t being replied to in any sort of timely manner. I’m probably going to have to do a chargeback since my return window is almost closed.
I want to update everyone here.
I sent an email on Tuesday (16 Dec) requesting a refund. This morning UPS delivered a box that says X1 Combo on it. I am unable to verify it yet, but I am optimistic I got working printer.
I will update this thread to let everyone know how it turned out.
From this post, I should receive one $10 code; my first order placed on November 28th had one item ship from it shortly after, but the remainder didn’t ship until December 13th.
Nothing yet though, from the US. Hopefully soon.
Just got an email from Bambu that they are offering me a 20 euro coupon as compensation for the delay on my order. I placed my order for a P1S, a couple of filaments and an extra plate on Dec 1st. Got the filaments 2 days ago and the plate has just arrived today at my local post office. Only update I got for the actual printer was that it left Germany for my country on Dec 13. As many others here, the labels were created instantly by Bambu but items took 10-12 days to get dropped at DHL. Terrible service and as this is my first ever 3d printer, I can say for sure I will not be buying from Bambu in the future.
I got 20EURO discount code compensation. Ordered on 2Dec, should arrive tomorrow if they deliver on weekends.
My order was from November and still not shipped, they said it was re-issued on monday, now hope it is shipped considering the original order date. Made the order for my mother in-law for a gift she planned and support has been terrible. I was actually thinking of buying a couple of printer for a research lab but given how bad the communication with support was I will stick with open source printers.
My time line :
Ordered a x1c printer and a lot of filaments on 28 th nov in their online store. All items were in stock according to their website. Received order confirmation and DPD tracking nrs the same day. Products would be coming from Germany ( I am in NL) . I was pleased with their prompt handling of my order. Little did I know …
Only one small item arrived a few days later by DHL. The printer only arrived 11 dec. The filaments still not received. Tracking info never changed : parcel announced but not received by DPD. Today I received confirmation from DHL the box with filaments will be delivered by them ( so no DPD) next Monday. Sent tickets with request for delivery updates but only received very general statements about problems with courier companies and surge in demand which are not true and make no sense. Very happy with the printer, works perfectly but their order execution is horrible, never experienced anything like this .
The update as promised, the printer arrived yesterday. DPD just left it at my front door and left (typicall) contacted DPD that with the value of the package I don’t want it sitting at my front door. The courier came bad and delivered the printer at my neighbors.
Already starting printing and for now it all working perfectly.
About the dicount, i dont know how it works but i got a €20 discount that i can use after 4 january 2025.
Hope that all the printers will arrive shortly
I noticed a lot of people saying things like ’ Bambu hasn’t dropped off item at XYZ shipper yet’
Maybe it’s different in other countries, here, they’d ready shipment and once a day(probably only m-f), FedEx and/or UPS would stop by to pick up a load for shipment.
There could even be a middleman contractor such as what our USPS does here, to drop loads from one sorting facility to another. These are often independent contractors.
Do you have porch pirates in your neck of the woods? I’m surprised people still do this with most everyone having some sort of video these days.
