I have ordered my printer on November 30 and havent received any updates or even a shipping label yet. You also stated that any order placed before December 13 with be shipped before the end of December 20 as “promissed”. I ordered 2 weeks before that date.Where is my printer!!! And i demand compensation. There is no reason for this delay. Even though Canada Post employees were on strike, you still used UniUni delivery courier.

So far none of this has been true, i’ve got tickets open from October still. Your live chat doesn’t exist and is broken even during advertised hours, the automated system is horrible and worse than clippy and i can’t get a single response about my missing items, shipping part of the order doesn’t help when all the items are necessary.
So far this is all PR speak with no action and is seriously ruining ya’lls reputation. I’m gonna start checking other suppliers because i cannot be waiting weeks on a response for something I can order on amazon and have next day from your competitior.
I’m gonna have to do a charge back at this rate.
I had also ordered a 2nd X1C Combo on the 16th of December, shipping number was given to me on the 17th, and there was no movement on the printer until today, where DHL claim that “The international shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin”.
Let’s hope DHL are telling the truth and actually get me my parcel in time for christmas

Would have been nice to know before I clicked purchase on a few $$$ in filament. As a customer who has purchased 1 X1C+AMS combo and 5 P1P’s its clear delays that long on filament when its needed for me to fulfill orders sucks too. Would have appreciated a little more than a $20 coupon I cant use until Jan 4th cause I just shelled out a few $$$ for the same filament colors through another vendor to be able to meet my demand. Oh well…still love the printers
I finally got a reply on week 3. I hope bambu gets thier support worked out. Days and weeks for a response is not support, its neglect. Not having phone support at all is inexusable for a product this complex. They might have the best product on the market now, but unless they get their act together, they’ll go the way of the Model-T in no time. Innovation and sour customers wait for no one.
After waiting two weeks for the printer, without any information about the delay, the X1C arrived badly damaged. Opened a ticket last week and after 7 days they send me the default response for side panel replacements.
They didn’t even read my ticket. This is the worst experience with customer support ever.
when I asked why the shipment has not been sent for a month, they answered that it is not in stock at the moment, how does their system work when it lights up that it is in stock and yet it is not in stock? Total failure of the entire system and unpreparedness for a situation that could have been expected, I am disappointed…
I received compensation of 20 euros for the delayed printer, but for the filament I don’t have, I haven’t received anything for a month… it’s 22, nothing has been sent and no compensation has even arrived, I have 13 printers and purchased directly from you for 7 thousand euros in the last 3 months… .wake up

4 the promotion ends and the prices go up…if you use the discount, you get the price as during the promotion…they have cleverly thought it out that’s why you can only use it after the promotion…
Due to existing order backlogs, giving out coupons to encourage immediate orders will likely worsen the situation.
It is a standard way businesses can usually half the cost of compensation due to people not ready to order or the amount doesn’t make a dent in a purchase so it is worth redeeming.
It is unlikely that was the reason though, if it was, they would have finished one sale where most of the delays were generated and begin another sale less than 24 hours later.
Ok, this is getting completely out of hand. I ordered weeks ago, nothing delivered. 12 days ago you’ve sent one of your stupid emails that my order is delayed (those emails are now standard, nobody believes your apologies anymore) but it will be delivered in the next 1-7 days. Now it’s been 12 days and no update on the order, not delivered. I have contacted DPD and they said they did not even receive the parcel from you.
You have a great product but you’re incapable of delivering it, back to Prusa I guess since the waiting time on the prints is all in all far far smaller than your delivery times. Please sell this company to someone that actually can do supply chain management, a shame for such a great product to die due to mismanagement.
I placed order on December 8th, after 4 hours I got message that both parcels printer and filaments was already sent, but on December 10th, I recieved e-mail that delivery is delayed. Luckily printer was delivered on 19th December, but still not response about filaments. I submitted ticket but it gave nothing. I doubt they will arrive before Christmas, the discount code didn’t was sent either. Well need to change Christmas plans and I hope they will inform us about the correct condition of ours orders.
