Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

I’ve ordered on 29th of Dec, reading this thread make me worried about when I’ll received my order. I should’ve come to the community forum before lol

Good to know wrong orders aren’t just me. I ordered an A1 mini AMS lite combo early November and it was no issues, the filament however was entirely wrong. Some tubes and 4kg of transparent PVA. Took about a month to get my actual order but I did get a bunch of lights and kits as compensation.
It took alot to get their attention as after a bit of initial notification and response, they went silent for about a week. I threatened a chargeback (as I was within my rights to) and got AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER.

Glad it worked but damn I felt mean doing it

Dec 1 order, UPS still label created from Dec 30th. Bambu support says they need to open investigation into lost package. Pretty sure they’re just making it up at this point

Ordered on Nov 24. an A1 combo with filament. Printer was delivered some days later. Filament not delivered until now. No reaction on mails…

Very frustrating. Perhaps the decision to buy Bambu Lap products was not the best…

When I ordered my P1S/AMS combo on Dec 29th, it said ship date would be around Jan 17th. Now the website shows presale with ETD of Jan 30th. I really hope they can fulfill these back orders and get mine here this month!

Has anyone been able to get the chatbot to work? I just get a red x box. Ordered Dec 1 a1 combo, and now it sits as label printed since the 29th. This is getting a little crazy.

i got the exact same reply. Ordered the A1 Combo with filament rolls. Received everything on time except the printer. Label created dec 29 and they keep saying UPS hasnt fulfilled or lost my package and will be escalating it with a specialist.

Same answer to most of us waiting for A1 combo as they don’t have A1 instock. They use delay tactics of issuing shipment labels with carrier to buy some days.

Yup… I’m another one. Ordered Nov 28th. Friend ordered 3 days before me, received hers on Dec 20th. Label created for my order on the 29th just to fulfil their last “promise” of the 30th, but it is Jan 7th and still UPS has not received it. Thought for sure it would be received by now. Kids were super disappointed it didn’t arrive for Christmas. Now husband’s birthday is on the 10th and the kids wanted to print gifts for him. We’re losing hope.

We are in the same boat. What a disappointment! Ordered for Christmas, received the email that shipping would be delayed to end of December. Received the “your order has been shipped” email on Dec. 29. Printer is still not picked up by UPS.

More likely, it is not available to be picked up as BL hasn’t got it ready or available yet.

In Ontario here, seeing someone who ordered after me get their product is a slap in the face. Bambu support is non-existent and it’s increasingly obvious these people don’t know how to operate an ecommerce company.
Typically orders are shipped in the order they’re received but maybe there’s some sort of benefit to screwing your customers that I’m not seeing in my math.
Bambu Lab, kindly get your ■■■■ together.

What are the odds the moment I post this, UPS finally gets my printer?

Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.

I was told by support if there is no movement by the 10th to update my ticket. I’m starting to think I won’t see my A1 combo until February even though I ordered on Nov.27

There is no priority based on order dates

i will have paid interest on a credit card before i even got this product sent to me…

just got a tracking number. its actually moving now.

Reporting back regarding my Nov 27 A1 Combo order. The parcel from the tracking number/label which was created on 12/30 has just now been handed over to UPS on 1/7. Original estimated ship date was 12/18. Hoping this will finally be put to rest this week.
