Interesting read here, I ordered my PS on the 3rd of Jan. I received the extras but knew when I placed the order the printer would not be dispatched until “around the 17”. Here we are now and not so much as an update. Any ideas in in UK.
Today, a shipment of 16 kg of filament arrived in the Czech Republic… BL needed exactly only 45 days for it

It’s hard not to feel frustrated by the inconsistent information provided about product availability. Take the X1C Combo, for instance—the website has been showing the same estimated delivery date (ETD) of February 20th for over two weeks now. How is it possible to promise a fixed date for an out-of-stock product without updating it based on actual production estimates or stock availability?
This kind of static ETD feels misleading at best. Shouldn’t the date dynamically adjust as conditions change? If your operations are temporarily paused for Chinese New Year, I can understand delays—but transparency about these pauses would go a long way toward setting customer expectations and building trust.
Right now, the situation raises questions about how seriously Bambu Labs approaches its commitment to clear and accurate communication with its customers.

@Ian2 I’ve seen a lot of posts of people getting a shipping notification 24-48 hours after the ETD date. So hopefully you’ll be getting an email after today? Just a guess.
Did you get the combo or just the printer? I’m guessing the combo?
I placed my order for the A1 on the january 5th and after discovering this post i was getting increasingly worried that i might have to wait for my printer for a long time but fortunately that was not the case. Today i got an email saying that my order is on its way to the DHL which is super awesome and 3 days before the estimated 20th! Maybe they are starting to get their ■■■■ together with all the orders at least in the EU region.

I ordered my A1 combo on Dec 31 with ETD or Jan 20th. I have not yet received an email with shipping info yet so somehow you’re ahead of me yet I ordered before you. Here’s hoping I hear something soon. I’m impatient…instant gratification is not fast enough for me!
Maybe its because i ordered the A1 without the AMS and its still available in store while the combo is just stating “pre sale”.
People are clearly pushing heavy with orders on the combo and really stretching the backlog on those.
It really sucks that it seems like bambu took in a massive amount of orders and god knows long those combo order queues actually are.
Hope you dont have to wait much longer, the situation is frustrating for alot of people.
My order was finally delivered this week, 6+ weeks since first ordered, and 5+ weeks since DPD lost it in a depot.
When I finally threatened to get my solicitor involved and bring in the Ombudsman (given all the public information of massive failures, and plenty of evidence), they responded within 24 hours to tell me it was on its way and in less than 24 hours it arrived.
This is despite the printers being out of stock until the end of the month in the U.K., where did my one come from then if there isn’t any stock to ship to new customers?
Why did none of their “escalation” improve things, not one of the three? I contacted the Webchat team, but nothing moved.
Why did it have to get to me almost getting the law involved in any action?

I ordered just the a1 mini on 12/27 and my ETD was today the 17th and still hasnt shipped or anything havent even made my label i contacted them and there saying it could be delayed again im in US
I ended up cancelling my A1 mini order and got it locally at Microcenter. It’s works good. The only problem is the camera on it because it’s really low quality. I got a Tapo c110 and it works much better. You might want to look into it after you get your Mini.

I’ve been following this thread and wanted to share my experience with Bambulab’s delivery. I ordered a Bambulab A1 on December 29, and the estimated delivery date was set for January 15. To my surprise, I received my printer on January 14 without any issues. The tracking updates were accurate throughout the process, and everything went smoothly.
I live in the Netherlands, and the printer was shipped from Germany via DHL. It seems like delivery experiences vary, but in my case, it was timely and hassle-free. Hopefully, others will see improvements in their orders soon!

After reading this thread I am a bit nervous. I ordered a P1S Combo on the 31st Dec here in the UK. ETD to ship was the 17th. I know it is now only the 18th but it still shows unfulfilled. I did receive the free gift though after 3 days, that was somePET-G HF and some ASA Aero which I probably never will use.
I have never ordered from BL before, but plenty from Prusa. Prusa have had delays but at least they respond to tickets quickly, react quickly and give accurate information. There are few complaints on their forums. I’ll wait a few days and see how things go. Interestingly, the advertised lead time for my model if I order today is the 24thJan, so next Thursday. Hopefully I will hear by then.

I am thinking I want another X1C combo by next Christmas, and wonder if i should order it now so it will arrive on time???

My guess (having been through the wringer several times), you will be OK.
Recent orders (post-Christmas) have been relatively OK unless you are in Canada.
I am in the U.K. my pre-Christmas order was very bad and my post-Christmas order was fine.

Thanks. Am hoping so. I do understand the frustration in Canada but from what I have heard from friends that live there, many companies are affected.
Here I understand that the troubles before Xmas and the increase in orders over that period are likely to cause gaps in stock. Just hoping their ETD dates are accurate. It is only a day after I expected some change in status.
Exactly the same here! ordered 31st, heard nothing still marked as unfulfilled was meant to ship by the 17th, free gift shifted 3 days from order also! this is my second P1S - first time ordered and it was here in a few days but that was in November.
I hope you get yours soon!

Thanks, I hope so too. I have been using Prusa stuff for a long time and this is my first foray into BL. I do look forward to using the machine, particularly the AMS. Not for multi colour prints, but for the ease of being able to switch filaments. Particularly with the Mini+ it can be a bit of a faff. The mini+ has however been ultra reliable. Only failures have been the need to replace the short bit of ptfe tube at the hot end, and failures due to filament issues such as being wound too tight. Hopefully the P1S is as reliable although I am sure it would struggle to meet the MK3+ reliability wise but will for sure be a whole heap faster.
