I Have a P1P printer with AMS and I have problems with it.

First is that I have opened a ticket because the third AMS slot flashes red when it finishes printing with its corresponding filament. I have done everything that Bambulab told me and finally I changed the motor and AMS Internal Hub Unit but it keeps flashing when slot 3 is finished being used.

Second is, after changing it and doing the first test, in addition to continuing the problem, now it does not recognize the AMS filaments, it only tells me that I have the external filament connected (I leave a photo).
I use Bambulab P1P and Orcaslicer
