That was the exact same excuse they used with mine.
It is amazing how often they get these system errors.
It is almost like they use that as an excuse rather than being honest and saying “we screwed up, sorry”.
It is amazing how a company that owns it mistakes, and learns from them improves and then there are those that hid behind excuses, pretending they didn’t cause it, so, they don’t have to fix it.

it means they give 50 gift cards of wich ever price they want … they give out to 50 users that will win
It’s already been worked out.
It is a combination of three different errors.
- The contest image for this prize failed to include USD after the 50 as they did with the other prize values.
- The contest description information failed to include USD after the 50 as they did with the other prize values.
- The email they sent included the wrong amount in USD.
That combined with them not knowing the recipients country to convert it to local currency made this very messy.

Yep, we got there in the end. Not sure how long it takes for me to receive my prize
