Bambu Refillable Spool Stubborn

Hi! I’m at a bit of a loss right now. I have two refillable spools. One of them I can open and close no problem. The other one is extremely stubborn to open and close. In fact, I have not been able to open or close it. I am completely able bodied, and have even tried using some of the “spool wrenches” that users have designed to fix this issue, but the wrench snaps before the spool gives way. I was curious if anyone else has had this problem, if there is some technique that I’m not employing or if it’s possible that this one is just screwed. Thanks!

Have you checked that the spool doesn’t have a lock on it..??

Try heating it up on your print bed.

I’ve never done this, but if I had a stuck spool, I would place the spool side with the inner lip down, heat it up to 50C for about 5 minutes, then give it a twist.

Carefully.

You can’t open it or you can’t close it? Maybe some photos will help.
