has anyone found a way to get support without having to wait 2-4 days?
you would think bambu has more than enough printers in other countries to justify having local support AND PARTS.
more and more i want to ditch this H2C. it prints great.. when it works. when you have to wait 2 weeks for support and parts, its insane. my issue is not even the failures. its Bambus COMPLETE lack of respect for their customers time.
I have never been that lucky. I have a hot end cooling fan failure on my H2C. i need someone at Bambu to send me the parts to fix it (fan and control board).
Of course I expect it to be replaced under warranty.
Why would I waste my time on here asking about faster ways to get in touch with bambu if I wanted to buy warranty parts? .. I would have just bought them.. granted if they were cheap and on Amazon or avaliable locally where I could get to and running same day.. i prbly would. But I’m not waiting a week, taking that tool head apart, replacing that part for it to not fix it. Bambu will send me everything related before I tear it down.
Ive already taken it apart once, several months ago, to replace the exteuder.
I was just asking nicely, but if it’s that obvious, then… It should also be obvious to you that there’s no faster way. If there were, everyone would use it. So that answers your question.
THEY.. should have a rep on here taking care of stuff like this.
Prusa will be my next one. I love how refined the printer is. Their customer service reaponse times are just absolutely dog trash for how many units are in the states.
Of course, hope you can get this resolved soon! I dealt with a bit of trouble on my first H2C as well…when they’re good, they’re great, but when something isn’t working…
