In the new version Bambu Sudio 1.10.0.89 neither STEP nor SVG files can be imported. The computer stops and then crashes.

The issue with .step imports has been reported on Github and fix is in progress.
A temporary workaround is to change your locale to English in Preferences.
If that does not also fix the SVG problem it is best to report the issue on Github.

I tried it today. Switching to English does not solve the problem with the SVG files.
Unfortunately I don’t have a GitHub account. My hope is that BambuLab is reading along…
Everything works with the new version. The handling with SVG Files is perfect now, you can put it directly on the surface. A dream comes true…
As I was waiting for this feature but currently have no time…

Version 1,1,10.05 crashes every time I try to import svg
Updating to the latest release (01.10.01.50) should fix this issue.

V 1.10.2.76 also freezes and crashes during .step import. everything is up to date. is there a cache I can clear? also english was my preference before and no fix
If in doubt export your custom profiles and such and do a clean install of Studio.
System settings, uninstall, then deleting the leftover folders and doing a registry clean.
Studio relies a lot on Windows internals for handling things and I found a clean install can even solve issues I did not even know were fixable…
