I upgraded last night to the latest version of Bambu Studion (Windows) and I can no longer access my P1S through Studiom. It lost my connection in the upgrade. I can still access through Bambu Handy, so the printer is still associated with my account. Under the DEVICES tab in Studio it just plays a video of how to setup a non bambu lab printer and I cannot access any options in that tap to add my P1S back. When I go to Prepare tab I dont see options to add a printer. I am stuck unable to use my P1S !!! I have opened a ticket last night but its been 10 hours and nothing from BL support. I wish I had never upgraded.
Try going to the Studio Home page and logging out. Then log in again. If it remembers your user name, log out again. Then log in again with email and password.
Get used to it. I lose connection to my printer every time I either upgrade a firmware or bambu studio.
+1 here with my H2D. I never had this experience before 2.3.0.70.
Just logged out on desktop and Handy App then deleted previous program files, installed update and logged back in. Problem resolved.
I have not had that problem for the past 6 months. Sometimes in the past it happened after I cleaned cookies. Not every time I cleaned…
I have seen that problem when I need to reboot the router. Could be a IP thing. For whatever reason the printer assigned a new IP number.
a fall back to overcome is print to a file, copy the file to the sd card, then print from the card. Much more reliable method, but also a pain. Good fall back.
I’ve had the same experiences as Kenny3D… that’s why I usually postpone updates
… this time it helped me to delete the plugins folder locally.
