Hi, what are the bambu studio log files and how do I get them on my computer?

You can’t, they are locked.
3D Musketeers did a YouTube video about them.

And how do I do it, Bambu lab asks me to create a ticket, in the option = Upload Bambu Studio log files

Anyone who has made a ticket with Bambu Lab or knows how to do it please?

Ok, that’s different then what I thought you were asking.
You have to do it from the Hnady app.

I’m not confused at all. I was referring to the 3D musketeers mention.
