Has anyone figured out why the flatpack version is so much worse than the Appimage?
it still is super slow and crashes often
You might get more useful responses if you include details like your Linux distro, hardware setup, and what you mean by “slow.” Without that, it’s hard for others to troubleshoot.
This forum is mostly printer-focused, so Linux packaging issues may not draw a big crowd. You may have better luck posting on the Orca Slicer GitHub issues page or a Linux forum, where more technically minded software folks dig into this kind of problem.
