Bambu studio not connecting to printer

Hi I’ve been using bambu lab for quite a while now but a new problem I just encountered is really troubling.

My A1 mini is just over a year old with about 1600 print hours on it. It was working just fine until a week ago where it stopped connecting to bambu studio. My P1S is connecting just fine and not disconnecting at all. It is connecting on bambu handy

The printer is on and connected to the internet. This is really frustrating as I’m trying to print something important.

What i’ve tried

  • Factory reset
  • disconnect and reconnect to the internet
  • foget the printer on bambu studio and reconnect

Use Handy to roll back to a previous version of the firmware. See if you have problems with it. If so file a bug report and explain what you are seeing.

As well, the memory card can affect connection stability. Before rolling back try a different memory card. I know it sounds nuts but trust it’s been done.
