Bambu Studio: Risk of Nozzle clumping detected

Hi,

in the last time in Bambu Studio during slicing process I often get the message:

Risk of nozzle clumping detected with the high temperture filament ASA…

My printer is an H2D with latest firmware. Bambu Studio is also latest version.
I already cleaned camera and Lidar Sensor - but no luck. Nozzles are also clean!

Currently I ignore this warning and still can send the job to the rpinter.
But the message is really annoying.

The Bambu-Wiki tells me to enable ‘Clumping detection’. If I do so the message disappeared but it prints a prime tower even if I use only one color / one nozzle.

I have never faced this message before. What has changed?
How to get rid of it - since nothing is wrong here?

Thanks for any help!

It’s a warning, not an error

Just ignore it or activate the detection.

@L0rdS474n : Thanks, of course I can do so but is it really meant to do so?
If the warning makes no real sense - why it is there?

It makes sense to show an informational warning that this might happen.

It is the same when printing with CF/GF filaments: you get a warning about the potential risk of filament breakage in the PTFE path, and so on.

However, they could add a checkbox such as “Do not show this warning again”.

I never use blob detection, and I was not exactly happy when they enabled it by default in one of their beta releases.

And yes, I know that CF filaments are brittle and can break, so I would really appreciate having that checkbox.

You could post this as a feature request on their GitHub.
