Bambu Studio Settings for Panda Glacier Plate

I just got my first “second” plate for my P1S, the Panda CryoGrip Glacier. I am only printing PLA (so far, as I’m still new to this awesome hobby), Now I’m confused how to add this plate, or which plate setting to use. I guess “cold plate / PLA”? The default temps for first / other layers for this plate are 35°C… The sticker set says the recommended QR-code sticker is the one for “cool plate”. But on the data sheet it recommends 45°C for PLA… So I’m confused… :frowning:

Glacier is not a great plate for PLA. When I use it I use smooth plate and leave the temp default of 55C

But isnt it supposed to be a cold plate?

BIQU recommends 45/55 so glacier is the wrong name for it :slight_smile:

For PLA/PETG, frostbite would be a better plate, better adhesion and lower temp.
