So normally I print with Sainsmart TPU 95A. Takes a very long time for a print, but comes out literally perfect. Decided to try the Bambu TPU 95A High Flow. Prints in 1/3 the time of normal TPU. I first tried it on some square parts, the 3rd pic here and it printed pretty much perfect. Then tried the item in 1st pic and it came out horrible. Pic 1 was printed using the TPU HF Bambu Profile. The 2nd pic was the Bambu TPU HF filament, but printed at the slower normal Bambu TPU profile and it still didn’t come out perfect, but much better. The last pic is the generic profile for TPU and Sainsmart and it came out perfect.
I noticed when it was printing the messed up part that the print head was jumping around instead of staying on a single path. I think the yellow object, pic 3, came out with the high flow tpu is because it didn’t jump around the part when printing. It stayed on the same path.
So what can I do to get high flow TPU to print well without jumping around and creating all the internal junk?
