My A1 is scraping over the printbed fist it calibrates and then the nozzle scratech over the printbed filament cant really come out and i destroyed allready one of my buildplates, I havent changed any slicer settings and it happens wich every filament i have.

Same here, I tried the bed tramming and factory reset but no luck! Anybody have a solution?
Scratches on the print plate are normal if they’re meant to clean the nozzle: It’s always the same spot.
…or do you have scratches running across the surface?
- Perform a factory reset and recalibrate everything. Follow the instructions carefully regarding when and how to place the printer plate. This often happens when you calibrate the printer without the printer plate.

I have the same problem, on the first layer the nozzle don’t print because is very close to the platform, maybe is a force cell problem?
