I recently received my H2D Laser 40W Combo and it went extremely well, when fedex dropped it off, they put it down slowly and carefully, and then when I went outside, they ran back and asked if I needed help carrying it inside, and helped me! No dents, no issues. I opened it up and everything was packaged perfectly. Unscrewing everything took like an hour 
, but can never be too careful! Set up it and it prints even better than my X1C! Though downside, it seems like it takes a little longer, but maybe that’s just me, cause I haven’t actually checked yet. Overall 10/10 experience! Laser aswell, I turned on the exhaust to 100% for 10-15 minutes and the smoke smell and everything like that went away completely, I also did a quick no wet wipe down with a paper towel.
Good to hear, my laser will be here tomorrow and my printer on Monday 
The most unbelievable thing I’ve ever heard in my life, and I’ve heard some whoppers. 
The FedEx I know and don’t love would be ashamed of itself for not dropping your printer and causing some sort of damage.

Welp ig I was lucky today, and the fedex driver felt nicer. They helped bring it inside my house soooo 
The second H2D unit I got delivered, FedEx actually had two guys to drop it off. I was kind of surprised. I have a really bad history with FedEx, so it’s like the one time in my life they seemed to delivery something without causing some sort of headache.
A broken clock is right twice a day, and a FedEx deliveries a package with satisfaction at least once in a life time.
Ive been saving all my subpar delivery karma for this one lol. We’ll find out Monday
