BambuStore loosing over 99% of sales - items impossible to find

As a general observation, whenever I enter BambuStore and try to find a specific item in the shop. (Say Standard & Highflow Nozzles, ams psu or whatever)
It is absolutely impossible to find the way to the wanted item.
Is it just me or is this the absolute worst experience e v e r in any shop ever visited trying to find specific items?
What is your take mates, do you find this an absolute true or do you have some other experience and plz elaborate if so?
One thing is for sure, BambuStore is loosing out on sales clear as day.

I love Bambu and is an avid fan, I even have great experience of their customer service. But the store has been bugging me since forever, it just ends up making me feel like a complete fool that fail to find the items I aimed to put in the basket.
Half an hour ago my friend sent text messages, he bought a bambu printer upon my recommendation, and he could not find his way to the nozzles/ht lite/psu for ams2pro/some basic spares I guesstimated would be good to have.
And it occured I’m not the only “dummy” in BambuStore interwebshop hoooray

Anyhows, really interested in your take on this.
Also I figure Bambu would be really interested in this as seemingly a general experience of the store.

Isn’t odd when you buy and AMS 2 it suggests the power supply and hub and will add them all to the cart?

It’s even odder that things are separated into categories. Like accessories, spare parts, filament?

Isn’t even odder they have a search to find items?

Just me? No?

We, the frequent posters on this forum, are the 1% keeping them afloat with our purchases. We should start a club called “The 1%ers”.

I’m at work and whatever they did months ago that corporate and school firewalls don’t like is still stopping me from shopping. But when I get home we’ll see what damage I can do. I was hoping one of the “Big Surprises” today was going to be the P2S would be available in the US… but no such luck.

Nope. It is a bit surprising since Taco has negotiated terms with China and now is trying hard not to get magnets wet in Japan. Still no idea what the tariffs will be w/China, and any other President news would at least stabilized things a little.

Maybe the 1st hopefully.

Filament prices are pretty good. I spent too much buying filament today.

Well, sometimes I can see items in the “all items” category that aren’t to be seen in the category where they belong to. But otherwise, nope, no problem to find what I want to find in short time.

I agree. I had built a cart then my wife came along and ordered 10 pretty filament rolls. I am no sure if it’s the filament or the spool that is pretty. I’m just paying for it.
