Bank transfer for Exclusive payout

Ciao.

I’ve received an income of 100$, and now are on my wallet.
I’ve tried a bank transfer, to Fineco in Italy, but…

Someone had a similar problem? In my bank status I cannot see anything.

As payment method I’ve only “bank card”.
I’ve noticed that, if I try again, the bank data disappears from the recap, even if are correctly filled in the form.

What is the format of the bank account you are entering? I cant see my details now (because I have 0 payout) but my bank account included the full “international” format (swift or whatever) not only the xxxxx.xxx.xxxx short number

I’ve used local payment, not SWIFT.
