I enabled the bed type check on the H2S printer, but during the entire Start_Gcode routine, the print head never hovers over the bed’s QR code. How does the print head camera detect if the bed is the correct type?
It’s read by the printer’s camera. This explains why other printers in the bambu range that don’t have nozzle camera are also able to detect the plate
…thanks for helping me understand. I tested it by placing a piece of black tape over the QR code, and the printer promptly detected that it couldn’t identify the plate type and indicated this on the display.
