Bent flow blocker

During some print on my h2d, the flow blocker bent in half, down a backwards, on the right nozzle.
The printer didn’t even notice, and so the flow blocker ruined a practically new PEI smooth plate, and now I cannot print.

Any hints about how to proceed will be appreciated.

You should have a spare in the parts that shipped with the printer. Follow the wiki to replace it.
